R.Seiliog 'Dispatch All Gods'

Dispatch All Gods is the latest offering from R.Seiliog via Castles in Space’s Lunar Module CD imprint.

Following the Welsh artist’s ambient-leaning Ash Dome (Cue Dot, 2021), Dispatch All Gods is the producer's fifth full length, and crystallises field recordings and granular synthesis into explorative fractal sounds and post-genre evocations.

The source material and field recordings were initially evolved at R.Seiliog’s off-grid Twelfth Vault studio. Further producing and structuring were done at DF9 in Dysynni over the course of a year.

The artwork was sourced from Besos, a series of paintings on 7-ply maple skateboard decks, a symbiotic project created by R.Seiliog in parallel to the record.

Dispatch All Gods draws from the observation of mass spiritual commodification and its subsequent distortion, and leans into an exploration of devotional depths and the endeavour, always, to reflect outwards, upwards.
