Elmir Records is pleased to present a reissue of a collection of "unreleased songs" by the one called the Star of the East, both for her magnetism on stage and her somptuous voice.
Born in Tmaïe al-Zahayira (Egypt), Oum Kalsoum, also spelled Oum Kalthoum (1898 ≈ 1904/1975) is unanimously considered the greatest singer of the Arab world, which music she modernized for nearly five decades.
Produced on 78 rpm records between 1926 and 1936, these short but rare works are among her earliest recordings and contrast with the diva's long and iconic pieces.
A remastered collection with biographical notes written by Rabah Mezouane that invites the listener to (re)discover these masterpiecewith the best conditions.

In addition to the musical aspect, Francis painted the cover, storyboarded the video and produced it. So it's with this same logic that this collector's item is naturally released on an independent structure.

Formed in 2018 in Paris, their music can be described as a fusion of various genres, abrasive and hypnotic, an energetic old school EBM fused with fierce electro and bound by punk ethos.
Retaining the minimalist and raw qualities of punk rock, and replacing the complement traditional punk rock instruments like guitars and drums with drum machine and synthesizers, LSM sound is characterized by a blend of influences, including electronic, experimental, and noise elements, which contribute to their unique and distinctive style.

(born 17 March 1983 in London, England), better known as Speech Debelle, is a British rapper signed to the Big Dada record label.
She was the winner of the 2009 Mercury Prize for her debut album Speech Therapy.
She released her second album, Freedom of Speech in 2012 and her third album, tantil before i breathe in 2017. Debelle's single from Speech Therapy, "Spinnin" has been re-worked by Tinchy Stryder and Dionne Bromfield and was used as one of the official anthems of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
She has also been politically and socially active with a number of charities and movements, and hosted the BBC documentary Hidden Homeless in 2012. In March 2010 Speech Debelle teamed up with Bonobo to co-write and sing on the song "Sun Will Rise", taken from Ninja Tune's 'XX' Boxset.
