'Where Do We Go From Here?'Your guess is as good as ours but that's the question being posed by legendary art school rockers Deaf School on the lead track of this new compilation of cuts entitled Parigi My Dear'culled from CD releases Enrico & Bette and Laundrette and not previously available to download or stream.

17 tracks of classic Deaf School art pop, drama, dream and pun but basically and to quote the late great Beatles publicist Derek Taylor (who signed the band to Warner Bros In 76) 'It's really just good old rock & roll'. With the brand new Lockdown fresh Where Do We Go From Here?'kicking off the album plus an epic extended version of this glam rock piano driven belter just about closing it, shades and sounds of early Deaf School circa the bands debut classic album 2nd Honeymoon'are in the air.

Written and conceived in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic and recorded by correspondence in 5 different locations without the band ever getting together face to face during the whole process, it's an unexpected new year gem!

Also added to the mix on this Japanese import are two early and never before released demo's of the first single and live show stalwart What A Way To End End It All'as well as Bette Brights dreamy hangover song from the bands third album Morning After'. Closing the album we find Japanese artist Moe'delivering a fabulous version of the bands noir classic Taxi', co-produced and performed by Deaf School featuring the London String Group. Whats not to like?

Deaf School hope to play live in 2021 but meanwhile Where Do We Go From Here? Answers on a postcard please to DeafSchoolMusic.com
